About the Role

You will work independently, analyzing logistical data and coordinating with drivers and operations managers to implement effective strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize delivery routes using advanced route planning software to maximize efficiency and minimize mileage.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for cost reduction.
• Coordinate with drivers and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of planned routes.
• Develop and maintain reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to route efficiency, delivery times, and fuel consumption.
• Proactively identify potential disruptions and develop contingency plans to ensure timely deliveries.
• Stay updated on best practices and new technologies in route planning and logistics analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in route planning , logistics analysis, or transportation management.
• Proficiency with route optimization software (e.g., Route4Me, OptimoRoute, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Familiarity with the transportation industry and its operational challenges.
