RoofFlow AI is a CRM built by a roofer, for roofers. We help US roofing companies run their whole business in one place: leads, estimates, contracts, AI follow-up and storm-response ads. Our team is remote, with people in the US and South Africa.

The role

You run live Zoom demos with US roofing company owners and sign them up on the call. The demos are already booked for you, by our setter and by our AI. No cold calling. Your job is to show the software, handle questions, and close.

What you'll do

• Run about 6 booked demos a day, 4 days a week, from a proven script and demo flow
• Take payment on the call, starting at $120 per seat, and sell more seats when it fits
• Book each new customer's kickoff call before you hang up
• Follow up with the ones who need a second call
• Log every call and outcome in our CRM

Pay

• $500/month base, paid in USD
• 30% commission on every new account's first month
• Paid weekly
• At target (about 14 new accounts a month), that's about $1,000+ a month in USD, and more when you sell extra seats

You're a fit if you

• Have closed sales on the phone or Zoom before (SaaS, high-ticket or B2B is a plus)
• Speak clear, confident English and enjoy talking to US business owners
• Can work US business hours, which means afternoons and evenings in South Africa (SAST)
• Have a laptop, a good headset, stable internet and backup power for load-shedding
• Are coachable. You'll learn our demo from our top closer's recorded calls
