About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Remote Sanitation Coordinator to manage and streamline sanitation operations across multiple sites, all from a remote setting. This position is critical for ensuring consistent cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards throughout the organization, without requiring physical presence at any single location. You will leverage technology and communication tools to oversee teams, manage resources, and implement best practices, playing a key role in maintaining a healthy and productive environment for all stakeholders, no matter their physical location. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive sanitation protocols and procedures remotely.
• Coordinate with on-site cleaning staff and supervisors via digital platforms to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to various locations.
• Analyze sanitation reports and data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Provide remote training and support to cleaning teams, reinforcing best practices and safety guidelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sanitation-related inquiries and issues across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sanitation management, facility maintenance, or operations, preferably with remote oversight responsibilities.
