Remote Sanitation Policy Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking an analytical and forward-thinking Remote Sanitation Policy Analyst to develop and refine sanitation strategies and policies for their diverse operations. This position is fully remote and requires a deep understanding of public health regulations, environmental standards, and best practices in cleaning and sanitation management. You will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and recommending policy changes, creating guidelines, and ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of hygiene and safety standards. This role is critical for ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement in sanitation across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and interpret sanitation regulations , industry best practices, and emerging trends.
• Develop, revise, and implement comprehensive sanitation policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Create training materials and conduct virtual training sessions for staff on new or updated policies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current sanitation programs and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, legal, and compliance teams, to ensure alignment.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on policy recommendations and compliance status.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Public Health, Environmental Science, Public Policy, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in policy analysis, sanitation management, or regulatory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety standards , environmental regulations, and sanitation protocols.
• Excellent analytical, research, and written communication skills .
• Proven ability to work independently and manage complex projects in a remote setting.
