About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Remote Sanitation Specialist to focus on compliance and training, remotely supporting operations that serve the Durban area. In this critical role, you will develop, implement, and monitor sanitation protocols to ensure adherence to health and safety standards. You will create training materials and conduct virtual training sessions for cleaning staff, promoting best practices and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update comprehensive sanitation policies and procedures in line with industry regulations and best practices.
• Create engaging training modules and materials on sanitation, hygiene, and security for cleaning staff, delivered virtually.
• Conduct remote training sessions, assess staff understanding, and provide ongoing support and coaching.
• Monitor compliance with sanitation standards through virtual audits and reporting, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Demonstrated experience in sanitation management, hygiene protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong background in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
