Remote Scrum Master - Agile Software Delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor development teams and Product Owners on Agile principles, Scrum values, and best practices.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress and productivity.
• Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment, promoting open communication and trust.
• Help teams improve their processes and performance through continuous feedback and adaptation.
• Assist Product Owners in backlog grooming and ensuring a clear and well-defined product backlog.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration within and between teams.
• Track team progress and performance metrics, providing insights and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally working with multiple software development teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and related tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve team impediments effectively.
• Experience in a fully remote work environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various software development practices (e.g., TDD, CI/CD) is a plus.
