Benefit Counselor The Benefit Counselor acts as an educator and counselor, providing expert advice to our clients’ employees. Responsibilities Provide expert guidance and accurate benefit information to employees. Educate employees on core and voluntary benefits and their impact. Assist employees in making benefit decisions that best suit their needs and families.
