Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design development of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client briefs and design excellence.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents using advanced software.
• Oversee and guide project teams, including junior architects and technologists, in a remote environment.
• Conduct thorough site analyses and feasibility studies for new projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

Requirements

• Professional Architect registration with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP).
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in architectural practice, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit , BIM software, and other industry-leading design tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex architectural projects remotely.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project administration.
