Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for significant architectural projects, ensuring creative and technical excellence.
• Develop and refine architectural concepts, creating detailed plans and BIM models.
• Manage client relationships and project communication remotely, ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with a distributed team of architects, engineers, and consultants using online platforms.
• Oversee the preparation of tender and construction documentation remotely.
• Ensure designs adhere to all relevant codes, standards, and sustainability targets.

Requirements

• Professional Architect qualification (PrArch) and active SACAP registration.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural practice, with a proven track record in leading complex projects.
• Expert proficiency in BIM software (Revit) and advanced CAD tools.
• Exceptional remote communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and South African building regulations.
