Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced digital design strategies and BIM workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to remote architectural teams on digital tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams globally to ensure design intent is accurately translated through digital models and documentation.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate new digital technologies and software solutions.
• Develop and maintain standards for digital asset management and data exchange.
• Facilitate remote collaboration sessions and ensure effective communication across distributed project teams.

Requirements

• Professional registration with SACAP as a Professional Architect.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, with a strong focus on digital design, computational design, or advanced BIM management.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, Dynamo, and other relevant digital design tools.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in a remote work environment.
• Excellent understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for remote collaboration.
