Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design phase for various architectural projects, developing innovative design ideas and solutions.
• Create high-quality architectural renderings, visualizations, and presentations using advanced 3D modeling and rendering software.
• Collaborate effectively with remote project managers, architects, and clients to refine designs and ensure project goals are met.
• Research and integrate new materials, technologies, and sustainable design practices into project concepts.
• Develop schematic designs and design development packages suitable for remote team review and client approval.
• Mentor and provide design guidance to junior designers within the virtual team structure.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Architecture or a related design field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on conceptualization and visualization.
• Expertise in 3D modeling software (e.g., Rhino, SketchUp) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proven ability to work independently and manage design tasks effectively in a remote setting .
• Excellent conceptual thinking, design sensibility, and communication skills for virtual collaboration.
