Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design process, developing innovative architectural solutions for diverse project types.
• Create high-quality visualizations, renderings, and design presentations for client review.
• Collaborate remotely with international clients and project teams to refine designs and ensure project goals are met.
• Utilize advanced 3D modeling and rendering software to produce compelling design outcomes.
• Research and integrate new technologies, materials, and sustainable design practices into projects.
• Manage design documentation and ensure consistency across all project deliverables.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and complex projects.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, SketchUp , and rendering software like V-Ray or Lumion.
• Proven experience working effectively in a remote , collaborative setting.
• Exceptional design sensibility, creativity, and a strong understanding of architectural theory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting design concepts virtually.
