About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Architectural Drafter to join their fully remote team. This role is instrumental in converting architectural concepts and designs into precise, high-quality technical drawings and construction documentation. You will be a key contributor, working closely with architects and project managers to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications in a virtual setting. Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models using Revit for various project types.
• Ensure all drafted documents conform to industry standards, building codes, and client requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with remote project teams, providing technical drawing support.
• Review and coordinate drawings with engineering consultants to resolve discrepancies.
• Manage and organize project drawing files and revisions in a digital format.

Requirements

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an Architectural Drafter.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setup.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate and detailed technical drawings on time.
