About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Visualizer to join their fully remote team, contributing to projects across various locations, including but not limited to Nelspruit . This role focuses on creating photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and virtual reality experiences that bring architectural designs to life. You will collaborate closely with architects and designers, interpreting their visions and translating them into compelling visual narratives that communicate design intent effectively to clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality photorealistic 3D renderings and animations for architectural projects.
• Develop compelling 3D models from 2D drawings and BIM data.
• Utilize advanced lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques to achieve realistic visual outcomes.
• Collaborate with architectural teams to understand project requirements and design intent.
• Produce virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) experiences for immersive client presentations.
• Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality visuals within deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, Design, Digital Art).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural visualization.
• Expert proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Blender) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Octane).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and visualization best practices.
• Experience with post-production software (e.g., Photoshop, After Effects) and VR/AR platforms.
• Excellent artistic eye, attention to detail, and ability to interpret design briefs.
