Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features in an agile, remote environment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, ensuring high standards of software quality.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and system architecture for reliability and efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to ensure system stability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend software development .
• Strong proficiency in at least one major backend language such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to work effectively and independently in a remote team setting.
