About the Role

Our client is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Remote Senior Beauty Advisor & Brand Ambassador to join their dynamic team. This fully remote position is ideal for an individual who excels in virtual client consultations, digital marketing, and representing a premium beauty brand. You will be responsible for providing expert beauty advice, hosting online tutorials, engaging with customers across social media platforms, and driving brand awareness and sales. This role requires excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of beauty products and trends, enabling you to connect with clients nationwide from your home office in Klerksdorp or elsewhere.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one virtual consultations with clients, offering personalized beauty recommendations and product advice.
• Create engaging content for social media, including tutorials, product reviews, and beauty tips to drive brand engagement.
• Host live online beauty workshops and Q&A sessions to educate consumers and build community.
• Act as a brand ambassador, fostering positive customer relationships and addressing inquiries across various digital channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideas and provide insights into consumer preferences and market trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in beauty retail, cosmetic sales, or as a beauty influencer/advisor.
• Proven ability to provide expert makeup and skincare advice across different product lines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for engaging online audiences.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and virtual conferencing tools.
• A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of current trends.
