Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to online customers via chat, email, and video calls.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and beauty advice.
• Assist in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and customer acquisition.

Requirements
