Remote Senior BIM Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to join their expanding operations, working entirely remotely. This role is central to driving the adoption and effective implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across a range of construction projects. You will provide technical leadership, support project teams in utilizing BIM software and workflows, and ensure the delivery of high-quality federated models and associated data. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, and protocols for projects.
• Coordinate and manage the creation and delivery of BIM models from design through to handover.
• Conduct clash detection analysis and resolve coordination issues among different disciplines.
• Provide training and technical support to project teams on BIM software and processes.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
• Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Revit , Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, clash detection, and data management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote role.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor BIM teams.
