You will be responsible for developing and enforcing BIM standards, coordinating models from various disciplines, and ensuring seamless collaboration among project teams worldwide. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for global projects.
• Coordinate and integrate BIM models from various disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP, etc.).
• Conduct clash detection and issue resolution using BIM coordination software.
• Provide technical support and guidance on BIM software and best practices to project teams.
• Develop and maintain the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all project models.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external consultants, and clients remotely.
• Generate reports on model progress, clash detection results, and data quality.
• Stay current with emerging BIM technologies and industry trends.
• Facilitate virtual BIM coordination meetings and workshops.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
• Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Thorough understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote work.
• Proven ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Experience with various project types (commercial, residential, industrial) is advantageous.
• Home office setup with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
