This role is at the forefront of analyzing complex biological data, including genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics, to drive research discoveries. You will develop and apply computational methods, collaborate with biologists and computational biologists, and contribute to high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement scalable bioinformatics pipelines for analyzing large-scale omics data (e.g., NGS, WGS, RNA-Seq).
• Perform statistical analysis and data visualization to interpret complex biological datasets.
• Collaborate with experimental biologists to design studies and analyze results effectively.
• Develop and maintain computational tools and databases to support research efforts.
• Contribute to manuscript preparation and presentation of findings to scientific audiences.
• Stay abreast of advancements in bioinformatics tools, algorithms, and biological interpretation methods.
Requirements
• Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in bioinformatics analysis, with a strong focus on genomics and transcriptomics.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with bioinformatics libraries.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and workflow management systems (e.g., Nextflow, Snakemake).
• Strong understanding of molecular biology, genetics, and statistical principles.
