You will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, meticulously defining requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring that delivered solutions align with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements using various techniques.
- Analyze and model current and future state business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business units and IT teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide support during the implementation phases.
- Contribute to the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and project scope definitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on requirements management and process analysis.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong remote communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities are essential.
