This is a 100% remote position, which means you can work from anywhere in the world from the comfort of your home or remote office.
Qualifications 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency) Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices) Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases Solid organizational and time‑management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Responsibilities Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives
