Requirements • Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering. • 10+ years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering and project leadership. • Demonstrated expertise in process design, simulation , and troubleshooting of industrial chemical plants. • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in chemical manufacturing. • Exceptional remote collaboration and communication skills, with proven ability to lead virtual teams. • Experience with project management methodologies and budget control.
