Key Responsibilities

• Lead the research and development of novel chemical products and processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, patents, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior R&D engineers.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in chemical research and development.
• Proven experience in developing and scaling up new chemical products or processes.
• Strong knowledge of experimental design, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in patent writing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex R&D projects independently.
