Key Responsibilities

• Lead the detailed design and development of various civil engineering infrastructure projects, including roads, water, and sanitation systems.
• Perform complex engineering calculations, analysis, and modeling using industry-standard software.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, design documentation, tender documents, and project specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to remote engineering teams and junior staff.
• Oversee project execution remotely, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering design and project delivery.
• Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration with ECSA is mandatory.
• Extensive experience with design software (e.g., Civil 3D, Revit, Bentley products) and project management platforms.
• Proven ability to manage projects effectively in a remote work setting, demonstrating strong self-discipline and organizational skills.
