Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate settlements with claimants, legal counsel, and other involved parties, striving for equitable resolutions.
• Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and recommendations for claim files and management review.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Claims Adjuster, with a significant focus on liability claims.
• In-depth knowledge of liability law, tort principles, and insurance policy interpretation.
• Proven ability to manage complex claims independently and make sound judgments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with digital claims management systems and remote collaboration tools.
