About the Role Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Cloud Architect specializing in AWS to join their fully remote team. You will be responsible for defining cloud strategy, architecting complex systems, and guiding development teams in adopting best practices for cloud adoption and management.

Key Responsibilities • Design and architect robust, scalable, and highly available solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS) . • Develop and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. • Ensure the security, compliance, and cost-optimization of cloud environments. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams on cloud best practices and services. • Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues and implement effective solutions. • Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred. • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years focused on cloud architecture , specifically AWS. • Deep expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, RDS, and EKS. • Proven experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. • Strong understanding of networking, security, and disaster recovery principles in the cloud. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills for a remote-first environment.
