Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects remotely, from initiation through to final closeout.

• Oversee procurement processes, contract administration, and change order management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management .

• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from start to finish.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams remotely.

• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies , contract law, and project finance.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and collaboration tools .
