Remote Senior Consultant - Organizational Design

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly experienced Remote Senior Consultant focused on Organizational Design to join their distributed team. This role is essential for helping clients create structures, processes, and cultures that enable them to achieve their strategic objectives efficiently and effectively. You will lead engagements to assess current organizational effectiveness, design optimal future states, and guide the implementation of necessary changes. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker adept at navigating complex organizational dynamics and driving transformation through expert remote collaboration and advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of client organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities.
• Design and recommend optimized organizational models to enhance efficiency, agility, and employee engagement.
• Develop implementation roadmaps for organizational change, including change management strategies.
• Facilitate virtual workshops to gather input and align stakeholders on proposed organizational designs.
• Advise clients on talent management, performance management, and reward systems aligned with the new structure.
• Ensure designed solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with the client's strategic goals.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in organizational design, HR consulting, or strategic transformation.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing successful organizational changes.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with organizational modeling tools.
• Exceptional remote facilitation, communication, and client management abilities.
• Experience working in a fully remote capacity is essential.
