Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to enhance client operations and business performance.
• Conduct in-depth market research , competitive analysis, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
• Design and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive consensus and project momentum.

Requirements

• MBA or a relevant Master's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in a strategy consulting or operations management role, preferably with a remote focus.
• Proven ability to manage complex, long-term projects independently.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills , with a strong business acumen.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, comfortable working across different time zones.
