About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a talented and imaginative Senior Content Creator to join their expanding team in a completely remote role, serving the Mossel Bay region. This position requires a passionate storyteller with a knack for producing high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including written articles, blog posts, social media updates, video scripts, and more. You will be instrumental in developing and executing a content strategy that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional writing and editing skills, a strong understanding of SEO principles, and the creativity to produce compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences, all while working independently from their chosen location. Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, write, edit, and produce engaging and SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Develop creative content ideas and themes that align with the brand's voice, marketing objectives, and target audience interests.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is consistent with brand messaging and campaign goals.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search engine rankings.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content assignments.
• Repurpose existing content into different formats to maximize reach and engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in content creation , copywriting, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of published work.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for grammar and style.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content creation.
• Experience creating content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and websites.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
