Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior curriculum developers and instructional designers.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in a STEM field (e.g., Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a related educational field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation, with a strong focus on STEM subjects.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing online learning materials and courses.
• Proficiency in adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard.
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
