This role is crucial for extracting actionable insights from complex datasets related to energy consumption, production, and market trends. You will be instrumental in guiding strategic decisions by transforming raw data into clear, compelling reports and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities • Analyze large datasets related to energy generation, distribution, consumption, and market dynamics to identify key trends and anomalies. • Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate findings to stakeholders. • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build and refine data models and analytical frameworks. • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize energy efficiency, operational performance, and strategic planning. • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support specific business inquiries and projects. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant data governance policies.

Requirements • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the energy sector or a related industry. • Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation. • Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python libraries like Matplotlib/Seaborn). • Strong statistical modeling and analytical skills, with experience in predictive modeling being a plus. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
