Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees and management remotely.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, adapting them for a remote workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with strong generalist expertise.
• Proven experience in managing employee relations and complex HR issues.
• Deep understanding of South African labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent virtual communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and remote work management tools.
