Remote Senior HR Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for an accomplished and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead their Human Resources function remotely, overseeing operations and supporting teams across various locations, including those based in Kimberley, Northern Cape . This is a fully remote leadership opportunity, demanding a highly experienced professional who can drive HR strategy, develop talent, and foster a strong organizational culture from a distance. You will be instrumental in shaping the HR landscape, advising senior leadership, and ensuring HR initiatives align with the company's global objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's mission and business goals.
• Lead and mentor a remote HR team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities.
• Drive initiatives related to organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations across different jurisdictions.
• Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, development, and retention.
• Manage the HR budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
• Utilize HR technology and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies in complex organizations.
• Extensive experience in talent management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing remote teams and implementing remote HR programs.
• Deep understanding of global labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics.
• Ability to think strategically and operate tactically.
