This role is crucial for analyzing, designing, and implementing sophisticated process improvements across various operational sites. You will leverage advanced analytical tools and methodologies to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality in our manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Drive the adoption of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies in a remote-first environment. Develop and maintain global standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices. Mentor and guide junior engineers remotely, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on process improvement and operations. Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and advanced statistical analysis.

Proficiency in process simulation software, data visualization tools, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills suitable for remote collaboration.
