About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lash & Brow Specialist to join their innovative, remote-first beauty collective, servicing clients nationwide with a focus on the Gauteng region, including areas like Soweto .

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess their needs and preferences for lash and brow services.
• Provide expert advice on eyelash extension techniques, styles, and brow shaping strategies based on client features.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and aftercare recommendations for remote clients.
• Manage and coordinate schedules for potential mobile appointments or partner salon visits in the Soweto area, if applicable.
• Maintain and update client records digitally, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and product innovations in the lash and brow industry through online resources.

Requirements

• Professional certification and extensive experience in applying eyelash extensions (classic, volume, etc.).
• Proven expertise in brow shaping, tinting, and lamination techniques.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the lash and brow industry.
• Excellent virtual communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• A well-equipped home studio or a willingness to travel for mobile services as needed.
