About the Role Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with specialized knowledge in HVAC systems to join their remote engineering team.

Key Responsibilities • Design and develop integrated HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. • Conduct detailed thermodynamic calculations, airflow analysis, and heat load calculations to support system designs. • Select appropriate HVAC equipment, components, and materials, and create detailed specifications and Bill of Materials (BOMs). • Collaborate effectively with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines through virtual communication channels. • Perform system commissioning and troubleshooting remotely, providing expert guidance to on-site teams. • Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, energy standards, and environmental regulations.

Requirements • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in HVAC or thermal sciences. • Over 8 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, with a significant focus on HVAC system design . • In-depth knowledge of psychrometrics, air distribution, refrigeration cycles, and building energy modeling. • Proficiency with HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, Trace 700). • Experience working effectively in a fully remote collaborative environment using digital tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual team interactions.
