Key Responsibilities • Spearhead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-impact projects from initiation to completion. • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets, ensuring remote team alignment. • Manage and motivate a geographically dispersed project team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance through virtual collaboration tools. • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, communicating effectively with all virtual stakeholders. • Establish and maintain clear, consistent communication channels with clients and internal teams, providing regular progress updates and managing expectations. • Utilize advanced project management software and collaboration platforms to track progress, manage resources, and ensure seamless remote operations.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable. • A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on managing remote or distributed teams and projects. • Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget in a virtual environment. • Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, adapted for remote work. • Exceptional virtual communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency with a suite of remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Asana, Trello) and project management software.
