About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Remote Senior Project Manager to lead Business Process Improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, analysis, and optimization of business processes across various departments.
• Develop detailed project plans for process improvement initiatives, including defining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage the implementation of new processes and technologies, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a remote setting.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a strong focus on business process improvement and operational excellence.
• Proven success in managing projects that involve significant organizational change and process redesign.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and project management software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in a remote context.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
