Requirements

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in project management , with a strong focus on digital transformation, change management, and technology implementation.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is essential.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects using agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies .
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and distributed teams.
• Experience with cloud technologies, data analytics, and modern software development practices is highly preferred for this remote role .
• A track record of successfully managing budgets exceeding R10 million and delivering significant business value through digital initiatives.
