Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple high-impact digital transformation projects from inception to successful completion.
• Develop comprehensive project strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the implementation of new digital platforms, technologies, and customer-facing solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks effectively.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define requirements and drive progress.
• Manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new digital processes and tools across the organization.
• Communicate project status, key insights, and potential challenges to senior leadership and stakeholders regularly.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing remote team environment.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years dedicated to managing digital transformation, technology implementation, or business process improvement projects.
• Proven experience leading complex projects within the financial services sector is highly desirable.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, AI, data analytics, and customer experience platforms.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage change and drive adoption in a remote setting.
• Experience in managing virtual teams and fostering collaboration across distributed workforces.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
