About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Remote Senior Project Manager specializing in Software Development to join their fully distributed team. This critical role involves leading complex software projects from conception through to deployment, working with agile methodologies and global teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent software development projects .
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively within a remote setting.
• Implement and adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate and communicate with globally distributed development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
• Ensure high-quality software delivery through effective testing, integration, and deployment processes.
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management , with a significant focus on software development projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects using Agile/Scrum.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams and projects effectively.
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; PMP or CSM certification highly valued.
