Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and backtest quantitative trading strategies using statistical and machine learning techniques. • Build and maintain sophisticated risk management models for various asset classes. • Analyze large datasets to identify trading opportunities and market inefficiencies. • Implement and optimize trading algorithms in a live production environment. • Collaborate remotely with portfolio managers, developers, and other quantitative researchers. • Conduct deep-dive research into market microstructure and behavioral finance.

Requirements • Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or Financial Engineering. • 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, algorithmic trading, or risk management in the finance industry. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, C++, or Java. • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, time series analysis, and machine learning algorithms. • Experience with large-scale data analysis and database technologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setup.
