About the Role Our client, a progressive recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their team on a fully remote basis, based remotely with a focus on the Stellenbosch market.

You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth from the comfort of your own home office.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, with a proven track record of success. • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive business development independently. • Proficiency in utilizing online recruitment tools, social media, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote interaction. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. • Self-motivated and disciplined with a proven ability to work effectively from a remote location.
