Our client, a dynamic recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced Remote Senior Recruitment Specialist to join their fully remote workforce, serving a diverse client base that includes companies in and around Soweto. This role requires a professional with a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, excellent candidate engagement skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions effectively from a distance. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates across various industries, ensuring a high level of service delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various client roles, ensuring timely and effective placements.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and company culture.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on recruitment progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruitment.
• Excellent remote communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various online recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with the South African job market, including sectors relevant to Gauteng.
