About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Risk Manager to join their entirely remote team. This vital position focuses on identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial and operational risks across the organization. You will develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure the company operates within its risk appetite and complies with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise risk management framework and associated policies.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, including credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and compliance risk.
• Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and the overall risk profile of the organization.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure their effectiveness.
• Work closely with business units to embed risk management principles into daily operations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in risk management, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Solid understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing risk frameworks and controls.
