About The Role
Defence is seeking two highly experienced Senior Systems Engineers to support critical projects within the Engineering, Technical and Materiel Logistics (ETML) Division of CASG.
Position: Senior Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities Defence ERP & Systems Engineering Support the uplift and standardisation of Defence engineering and asset management processes. Ensure engineering processes align with Defence governance requirements.
Deliver pragmatic engineering solutions that support operational outcomes. Business Process Improvement Work closely with functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate business requirements into structured business processes. Facilitate process workshops with Defence stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure consistency, traceability and governance across SAP S/4HANA modules.
