Job Description Day to Day: • 25% Current-State Analysis & Documentation • 40% Solution Design & Development • 15% Testing Support (QA & UAT) & Enhancements • 20% Deployment, Production Support (Hypercare) Project Phases: • Phase 1: Network and Database Workflow Transformation • Phase 2: Hosting and Storage Workflow Transformation • Phase 3: Data Center Intake and Uplift • Phase 4: Service Intake Orchestration (SIO) Workflow Uplift • Phase 5: Additional Enhancements and Workflow Consolidation • Final Review & Assessment: Workflow validation, bug resolution, final documentation, and project sign-off Job Description: Insight Global is seeking 4 Remote ServiceNow Developers to support a large-scale ServiceNow transformation initiative for one of our largest financial services clients.

These individuals will work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to capture current-state processes, gather requirements, and design, develop, and implement workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency across the organization.

This position will involve documenting existing workflows, designing future-state solutions, conducting QA and UAT testing, supporting production deployments, and providing post-go-live support.

Candidates should have strong ServiceNow development experience, be comfortable working directly with business and technical stakeholders, and have experience supporting enterprise-scale implementations within complex environments.

Skills and Requirements • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer • Hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules: • ITSM • ITOM • ITAM • CSM • GRC • HRSD / HR Management Plusses: • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and/or Certified Integration Specialist • Two or more ServiceNow Micro-Certifications, such as: • Application Developer – Process Creator • Application Developer – User Interface Creator • Integration Hub • Service Portal • Predictive Intelligence • Exposure to internal controls, audit, risk management, or regulatory compliance programs. • Experience participating in control testing, control validation, or compliance workflow design. • API Integration experience
