Key Responsibilities • Provide remote engineering guidance and support to site teams for civil infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards. • Review and approve construction methodologies, work plans, and technical solutions proposed by site engineers. • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues encountered during construction, providing timely and effective solutions. • Conduct virtual site inspections and progress reviews, utilizing site-provided data and technology. • Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and safety regulations across all project sites. • Mentor and guide junior site engineers and technical staff remotely.

Requirements • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer in civil infrastructure construction. • Proven track record of successfully overseeing complex infrastructure projects, ideally with some remote or off-site support experience. • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction techniques. • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills, especially in technical contexts. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage remote teams.
